\u002F>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>五院指出，后续，试验队将秉持“视同生命的责任心、如履薄冰的敬畏心、宁静专注的平常心”，全力以赴做好飞控及在轨测试等各项工作，稳步推进后续攻坚任务，为加快建设航天强国贡献更多力量。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>就在12天前的8月4日，五院的卫星互联网低轨23组卫星刚刚搭乘长征八号甲从同一发射场升空。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>与其说这是两次独立的发射，不如说中国低轨卫星互联网正在显露出一种更值得关注的能力：按照相对稳定的节拍，持续把一批批卫星送上天。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>这里首先需要澄清，“低轨24组”指第24组卫星，并不是此次发射了24颗卫星。官方没有公布本组卫星的具体数量、型号及详细技术参数。但从组号变化仍能看到组网速度：2024年12月16日，低轨01组卫星发射升空；20个月后，序号已经推进到第24组。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>低轨互联网与传统大型通信卫星不同。它需要大量卫星分布在不同轨道面上，才能逐步扩大覆盖范围、提高通信容量。决定项目进度的，因而不再是能否造出一颗性能先进的卫星，而是能否稳定地批量造星、批量造箭，并持续发射。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>第一条“流水线”已经出现在卫星工厂。中国航天科技集团披露，相关卫星采用通用平台和模块化设计，形成“北京设计、多方配套、批量生产”的研制模式；自动化测试和数据判读工具也在压缩测试时间。在卫星入轨后的飞控环节，科研团队已经实现以数字化软件同时管理多颗卫星。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>第二条“流水线”则是火箭。第23组和第24组分别由长征八号甲、长征十二号发射，说明组网任务没有完全押在单一型号上。航天科技集团今年年初指出，长征八号甲的发射测试流程已被压缩至18天，研制团队提出进一步实现“7天发射、7天恢复”的目标；长征十二号采用水平总装、水平测试、水平转运的“三平”模式，近地轨道运载能力不少于12吨，研制方也在持续优化吊装、加注和发射前流程。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>第三条流水线是发射场。海南商业航天发射场2024年11月底才完成首次发射，如今已开始承担常态化组网任务。2026年7月，其二期发射区土建工程完成，转入设备调试合练阶段，新的发射工位和技术设施仍在扩充。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>这说明中国卫星互联网面对的问题正在发生变化：过去首先要解决“卫星和火箭能不能造出来”，现在更需要解决“能不能以足够低的成本、足够高的频率不断复制”。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>当然，第24组卫星入轨，并不等于卫星互联网已经全面商用。卫星完成在轨测试后，还需要地面站、星间链路、用户终端、运营平台和资费体系协同落地。卫星数量上去了，如何把它们变成普通用户能够稳定购买和使用的网络服务，才是下一阶段更难的考验。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>但12天连发两组至少释放了一个清晰信号：中国低轨卫星互联网正从以单次成功为中心的“航天任务”，转向依赖生产节拍和周转效率的“规模化工程”。真正构成竞争力的，已不再是某一次发射有多壮观，而是这样的发射能否越来越频繁，最终普通到像工厂按时交货一样。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\u003Cspan>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cdiv
